Life can feel heavy sometimes, especially when you are navigating change, loss, stress, relationships, or expectations that feel hard to carry alone. I strive to offer a counseling space that feels calm, supportive, and authentic—a place where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin sorting through what matters most to you.
My style is gentle, relational, and client-centered. I believe people are more likely to grow and heal when they feel accepted rather than judged. Together, we can explore what feels stuck, identify strengths you may have lost sight of, and work toward meaningful steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with teens, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, academic stress, relationship or family challenges, and life transitions. While beginning this new chapter in private practice, I bring many years of experience as a school counselor, supporting adolescents and families through academic, social, emotional, and life challenges. Those experiences continue to shape my work today and reinforce my belief in the power of connection, resilience, and personal growth.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, hiking, spending time with my Golden Retriever, Norman, drinking good coffee, and cheering on the Montana State Bobcats.
